Virtual Plant Consultation

A 1-on-1 virtual plant consultation from the comfort of your home.

Our designers are here to help and will take a look at your indoor or outdoor space and discuss ideas for future improvements to your home. Simply choose a timeslot and date for a 30-minute consultation.

We ask that you send us a video of your space at least 24 hours before the consultation so our designers can fully understand your environment.

Please include:

• A clear 360-degree walkthrough of the space and indicate where you would like the plants to be placed.
• Showing light conditions at all window areas (or outdoor areas), and also letting us know what direction your space is facing as well as any obstructions to lighting.

Please send any materials or questions to cs@buymebess.com with "Plant Consult: Your Name" in the subject line of your email. Access to a computer and internet is required.

Consultation Date: Please disregard the default consultation date; one of our team members will contact you via phone and email to schedule the date and time for the consultation.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your consultation. If you cancel within this time frame, we will be happy to either refund your fee or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations or refusals without notice in this time frame cannot be accommodated for a refund.
