I booked this as a birthday present for a friend and we both enjoyed the session. The instructions were clear and there was an abundance of flowers for us to choose from. The resulting arrangements were very opulent and we're planning to book another session later this year.

I ordered a plant from all the way from Oregon, to be delivered by PlantShed to my daughter's office in Manhattan...and it arrived in perfect condition, on time, and was very cost effective. And it will last much longer than fresh flowers in keeping her cubicle cheery!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received regarding my Valentine's Day order. I placed my order at the beginning of the week, specifically to avoid any potential delays or confusion, and to ensure my daughters received their gifts on time. Unfortunately, the company’s failure to deliver the majority of my order, especially my daughter's gift, was both upsetting and completely unacceptable. After contacting customer service, I was met with a rude attitude and told that delays “happen” due to the holiday and so many orders.
My delivery window was 9 AM - 3 PM, but I didn’t receive my order until 8 PM. Although the delivery fee was waived, the poor service and lack of professionalism on your busiest day is inexcusable. I expected better from a company that specializes in something as important as timely flower deliveries, especially on such a significant day. This experience has left me questioning whether I’ll use your services again.

The delivery came after the window ended, but only by about 20 minutes. Because I was sending flowers to a friend who lost a family member across the country, I wasn’t able to tell her immediately when the delivery happened because it was earlier in the day my time and I was at work (it was an email, not a text). That was only an issue because it was not actually hand delivered as advertised. It was left with the front desk of the building and my grieving friend had to leave her apartment and go get it a few hours later, which was really not ideal.
Ultimately it was good- the flowers were beautiful, the add-on gifts were very nice, and the message I wrote looked very nice on the card, which was appreciated. I just wish the delivery experience was better, especially given the circumstances of the recipient on top of the high delivery fee.

PlantShed has an excellent website with an amazing variety and range of price points of beautiful flowers and plants! I live in Toronto Canada and sent my NYC resident daughter a floral bouquet - the rep was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I asked for a morning to noon delivery 2 days later and the flowers arrived on time. My daughter sent pics of the beautiful arrangement and it looked even nicer than the pic in the website which is incredible. My daughters says they are the most beautiful flowers she’s ever received!
