I booked this as a birthday present for a friend and we both enjoyed the session. The instructions were clear and there was an abundance of flowers for us to choose from. The resulting arrangements were very opulent and we're planning to book another session later this year.

Reviewing the photo that I'd requested of PlantShed before the delivery, I noted that some of flowers appeared not to be arranged so they looked a bit "crushed"--like they'd just come out of a refrigerator. It was too late to ask for an arrangement adjustment at that point. The selection, however, was very nice and the colors were lovely

Will definitely use PlantShed for future Thank You Gifts because customer service was attentive and response was quick. Tried ordering through the website but kept getting stuck on payment. It said my card was not a Visa based on the numbers and no matter how many times i tried/started all over, it never went through. i requested help via the website and received an email right away. i called and they helped me over the phone immediately.

The Tulip Garden flower arrangement is lovely and very reasonably priced.
The two staff I spoke with by long-distance call were very accommodating and professional. Thank you.
It would have been very helpful if the delivery person would have texted the recipient's phone to report that the flowers were in her vestibule. She waited longer than necessary, not knowing the flowers were there. (I am trusting the recipient's story, which may be inaccurate.)
